Returns & Exchanges

At HORNE, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't quite right, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping and restocking fees. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's box and protective internal packaging to ensure it arrives back to us without damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
